Approach

Before the training, you’ll explore the Lencioni model and use it to conduct a team diagnosis, which you’ll bring to the session. During the training day, you’ll learn how to use diagnostic tools and your own observations to take concrete steps in your team’s development process.

You’ll work practically on fostering team development, starting with building trust as the foundation. You’ll also focus on helping teams bridge differences and handle conflict in a healthy way. Finally, you’ll explore the contextual factors that influence team development. You’ll leave the training with a set of actionable steps to apply directly in your own work environment.
