This training is suitable for professionals who work with internal and external stakeholders, such as in project management, procurement, organizational change, product development, or Agile environments. Ideal roles include (senior) specialists, (project) managers, and (policy) advisors.
High Impact Performance
This training follows the High Impact Performance approach. Under the guidance of an experienced trainer and a professional training actor, you’ll work on your personal learning goals. The actor creates realistic scenarios using proven theatre techniques, challenging you to discover and apply more effective behavior. This method ensures lasting behavioral change and helps you take a significant step in your personal development.
Approach
Before the training, you’ll define your learning goals and choose a project or real-life situation to develop a stakeholder action plan for. During the training, you’ll actively work on this case. You’ll apply a force field analysis to map your stakeholders and use a stakeholder communication matrix to determine the right actions and priorities.
You’ll gain insight into various influencing styles and practice applying them in your own context. Topics include:
- How to get to know your stakeholders
- How to deal with resistance
- How to turn a critic into an ambassador

Classroom or Virtual Classroom
You can follow this program in a classroom setting at a location of your choice.
